Equity Middle Office team based in Powai is continuously and actively engaged in supporting Nomura's Equity business spread across EMEA, Americas, Japan and Asia Ex-Japan (AEJ) regions. Equity Operations supports the entire gamut of Equities product franchise offered by Nomura to its clients. The Equity Middle Office plays a pivotal role between Clients and Front Offices on one side and Nomura's in house teams and divisions ranging from Information Technology, Core Operations, Corporate Actions, Client Service Representatives, Transition Management Group, Client Margins, Data Management and Operations Control on the other. Equity MO team can be broadly split into 2 main business:

Equity Cash & Derivatives - Equity Cash & Derivative MO team provides support and control to the various desks under this umbrella. The primary responsibilities of the team involve trade capture/verification, validation on T0, position & trade reconc
