Job Purpose
Lead the Global Fluid Power Support Team based in CNH India Tech Center,
providing engineering, technical, and project execution support to global Fluid Power organizations.
The role is responsible for developing team capabilities, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of engineering activities, supporting resource planning, and driving standardization, productivity, and continuous improvement across global engineering programs.
This position acts as the primary interface between the Global Fluid Power organization and the ITC support team, ensuring alignment of priorities, technical excellence, and effective execution of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers supporting global Fluid Power engineering activities.
Manage resource allocation and workload balancing to support business priorities across multiple global programs.
Ensure delivery of engineering tasks with the required quality, timing, and cost objectives.
