This Manager, Product Management role is responsible for defining and delivering visual experience solutions across HARMAN’s automotive display portfolio. This role focuses on creating scalable, modular, reusable and differentiated solution offerings (HW + SW + UX) that align with OEM needs, consumer expectations, and business objectives.
You will act as the common thread across product lines, driving system integration, roadmap alignment, and commercial success of solutions and UIUX features that are common across product lines.
This position reports to Director, Product Management within Strategic Business Unit - Intelligent Cockpit, Product Management Group at HARMAN.
What You Will Do




Solution Strategy & Bundled Portfolio Packaging
Define product roadmap, scope and features for solutions that cut across different product families and manage their lifecycle.
Define TAM/SAM/SOM, MRD and PRD for such features
Define solution bundles (e.g., entry, mid, premium cockpit experiences) with clear feature tiers, variants, and upgrade/downgrade paths and price advantages
Drive platform reuse, modularity, and account for regional customization strategies
Cross-Product Integration & Roadmap Alignment
Manage inter-product dependencies for features that are common across product lines and ensure roadmap coherence and release alignment across product families
Define scope, requirements and maintain model reference costs for these common UIUX features
Drive system-level integration across HW, SW, and UX layers for these common UIUX features, managing technical solution differences for the same feature across product
