An exciting position has arisen for a Technical Project Manager, where you will
apply your hands-on experience to be responsible for managing and executing
multiple projects across the Digital/IT function. Using appropriate project
management methodologies (including Agile & Waterfall), you will collaborate
with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators and
stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality reliable, effective and
secure solutions that align with our broader technology strategy.
You'll be instrumental in Fleet's mission to develop leading digital capability
that enhances platforms deployed across our global fleet of 600+ ships.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

A typical working day will likely include the following activities:
Project Planning & Execution
Lead and manage multiple IT projects – some in direct ownership, others in
collaboration with Development, Operations and Analytics teams
Shape and refine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate across project teams, ensuring effective communication, task
assignment, and progress tracking
Proactive monitoring and management of project risks, issues, and dependencies
implementing mitigation strategies as necessary
Follow defined project governance frameworks to ensure projects keep affected
teams updated
Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure compliance with
technical specifications and quality standards
