Must Have:
Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Messaging Administration, including Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, and Exchange Server 2019.
Hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Exchange Online, mailbox lifecycle management, mail flow, transport rules, SMTP relays, and message tracing.
Extensive experience managing Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA)



and Cisco Cloud Email Security (CES) platforms.
Proven experience in Cisco ESA to CES migration projects, including planning, assessment, policy migration, mail flow redesign, implementation, testing, validation, and post-migration support.
Strong knowledge of Email Security and Messaging Infrastructure, including SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS, MX Records, and Autodiscover.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, ADFS, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Management.
Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Collaboration Services Administration.
Experience administering Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and email threat protection solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal, DLP, eDiscovery, Retention Policies, Content Search, and Compliance Management.
Strong background in Incident Management, Problem Management, Chan
