The opportunity
As an Application Team Lead for the Business Solution Team (BST), you will lead and develop a team of Application Managers supporting the Grid Integration business. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of business-critical applications, ensuring they deliver reliable, effective, and high-quality services that support operational and strategic objectives.
You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while driving excellence in application management, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with business leaders, global Grid Integration teams, and IT stakeholders, you will ensure applications comply with established IT processes and governance standards while contributing to the long-term digital strategy of the organization.
