Role Summary:
Looking for a highly driven E-commerce & Quick Commerce Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketplace and Q-commerce marketing initiatives.



The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance marketing, media planning, sales growth, and platform relationships across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other leading commerce platforms.
This role requires solid analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Designation: Manager - Media (E-commerce)
Job Location: Gurugram
Experience: 3-5 years in e-commerce paid media / retail media, with hands-on management of Amazon Ads and Flipkart advertising; Q-Comm media experience preferred.
Key Accountabilities

Marketplace Marketing
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketplace marketing strategies.
Manage end-to-end advertising on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
Plan Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Display, Video, and Store campaigns.
Optimize campaign
