Collect and analyze system performance metrics.
Produce executive and customer-facing performance reports.
Establish performance baselines.
Monitor SLA and KPI attainment.
Support optimization initiatives.
Identify emerging workload trends.
Provide analysis supporting PCM and Hardware Planning teams.
