Financial Analysis-P3
This role partners with APAC Finance and Operations leadership to drive business decisions, financial planning, and risk management across the full financial lifecycle. Key responsibilities include financial KPI monitoring, monthly/quarterly reporting with variance analysis, annual budgeting and forecasting, month-end close execution, and ensuring audit-ready processes that comply with accounting standards. The position manages data integrity through proper documentation of service agreements and vendor contracts,



governs the complete invoice-to-cash cycle including vendor payments and client billing, optimizes working capital and liquidity, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and highlights material risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making

Business Partnering and Finance Management

•Support India MTS Operations Lead in the handling of business, financial decision making, risk mitigation and other financial advice
•Highlight the risk & Chance for Material pursuits.
•Monitoring and review of financial KPIs;
•Process implementation and improvements;
•Ensure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis

Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
•Monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc reporting and variance analyses
•Annual budget & quarterly forecasts with analysis & OCI uploads and contribute in preparation of APAC executi
