As a Managed Services - Fintech - Associate 2, you will play a pivotal role in executing outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment, and processing. You will implement and monitor quality controls while resolving escalations and queries, contributing to the streamlined operations and efficiency improvements for our clients. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and reliability,
adapting to a fast-paced workplace with diverse clients and team members. You will take ownership of your development, consistently delivering work that drives value for our clients and success for the team.
