Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or production support.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA Finance environments and collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Finance & Treasury solutions in a post-go-live AMS environment.
Support global SAP S/4HANA deployments by maintaining Finance and Treasury solutions aligned with the global template and local business requirements.
Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis while ensuring SLA compliance.




Perform impact analysis, functional testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and production changes.
Support day-to-day Finance and Treasury operations by monitoring system performance and resolving production issues.
Ensure successful execution of critical finance activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Provide functional guidance, end-user support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business users and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated business processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, and Reporting.
