Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or production support.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA environments and cloud-based SAP BTP solutions.
Provide technical support for SAP BTP services in a post-go-live AMS workplace.
Support global SAP S/4HANA deployments by maintaining SAP BTP solutions aligned with global templates and local business requirements.
Develop, administer, and support SAP BTP services, including Integration Suite, Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, Extension Suite, SAP Build Process Automation, and cloud-native applications.




Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and system enhancements while ensuring SLA compliance.
Monitor SAP BTP platform health, integrations, cloud applications, destinations, connectivity, interfaces, and security configurations.
Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, IBP, BW, and third-party applications.
Manage SAP BTP transport management, deployments, release management, and CI/CD pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.
Support SAP BTP security, including Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), role collections, destinations, authorizations, and connectivity.
Collaborate with ERP, middleware, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
