Job Title/Role: Product Manager - Fintech & Payment Partnerships

Job Purpose:
IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead our Fintech & Payment Partnerships division. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our partnerships with Fintech companies and payment providers to drive growth and innovation in our digital products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Fintech & Payment Partnerships, in alignment with the bank's overall business objectives
Identify and evaluate potential Fintech and payment partners, and negotiate partnerships and agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fintech and payment solutions into the bank's digital products and services




Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify recent opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously improve and enhance existing products
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and preferences, and incorporate them into product development
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the Fintech & Payment Partnerships division
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Fintech partners, payment providers, and internal teams
Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements related to Fintech and payment partnerships, and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations
