Must Have:
Expertise in IBM AIX Administration (Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning)
Strong Knowledge of LPAR, VIO, NIM, and PowerVM Virtualization
Experience in Patch Management, Security Hardening & Compliance (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)
Proficiency in Logical Volume Manager (LVM), Filesystem Management,



and Storage Connectivity
Strong Scripting Skills (Shell, Python, Ansible) for Automation & Configuration Management
Experience in High Availability (HACMP / PowerHA) & Disaster Recovery Solutions
Backup & Recovery Management (TSM, NetBackup, or equivalent solutions)
Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL Framework)
Capacity Planning, Performance Monitoring, and Root Cause Analysis
Experience in Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc.)
Positive to Have:
Deep Expertise in AIX & IBM Power Systems Administration
Strong Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills
Ability to Lead Critical Incident Resolution & Root Cause Analysis
Process-Oriented Approach & Documentation Skills
Stakeholder Management & Communication Abilities
Certifications: IBM Certified System Administrator – AIX, ITIL v3/v4, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
Knowledge of Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) & DevOps Practices
