What you'll be responsible for
The IH & Digital Commerce Netherlands business
Leading, coaching, and developing the commercial teams.
Ensuring TMICC Netherlands business growth, whilst outperforming the market.
Creating, developing and implementing short and long term commercial strategies aligned with the Netherlands Ice Cream business goals and objectives.
Delivering TMICC Benelux financial and non-financial targets and contribute to budget development and monitoring.
Managing and monitoring commercial activities, using key metrics to evaluate performance. Prepare insightful reports for executive management
