We are seeking an experienced technology leader to lead our Data & Digital Asset Governance Technology team. This team is responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise governance capabilities using the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform and full stack development to enable trusted, compliant, and discoverable data, digital assets, AI assets, and business records across Macquarie Asset Management. he successful candidate will own the technology strategy, architecture, delivery roadmap, and operational management of governance platforms and services. They will lead a team of engineers, partnering closely with business stakeholders, data governance functions, architecture teams, risk and compliance teams, and platform engineering teams to deliver a contemporary governance ecosystem. This role combines technology leadership, people management, solution architecture, and software development.

What role will you play?

Lead the technology strategy and roadmap for data, AI, and digital asset governance platforms, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives. Manage and develop a high-performing governance technology team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive the design and delivery of governance workflows, metadata solutions, and governance operating models using Collibra and custom-built applications. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards, while providing technical leadership on complex initiatives and integrations. Partner closely with business, risk, governance, and technology stakeholders to translate governance requirements
