SUMMARY:
Project Management plays a dual role that is central to both the personal and professional effectiveness of the executive leadership.
This role provides high-level administrative support to the CEO while managing and executing cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management & Strategic Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute key projects across departments—ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
Develop project charters, scopes, timelines, and reporting structures for internal initiatives
Facilitate meetings, document action items, and follow up on execution with accountable parties
Analyze data, track KPIs, and generate regular status reports for leadership review
