What You ‘ll Do
You will join our high performance engineering team and contribute to building scalable backend platforms, IoT solutions, and intelligent data-driven applications using Python and modern cloud technologies.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and Django.
Build and manage robust APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF) to support enterprise and IoT applications.
Develop and maintain connected device architectures capable of handling high-volume telemetry and real-time data streams.
Work with MQTT-based messaging systems to enable effective machine-to-machine communication and hardware integration.
Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming.
Leverage Redis for caching, session management, and distributed task processing.
Integrate Snowflake and relational databases to support scalable analytics, reporting, and time-series data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, data engineers,



and QA teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
Contribute to AI-powered automation initiatives by working with AI Agent frameworks and intelligent orchestration platforms.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across distributed environments.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, CI/CD processes, and Agile development methodologies.

What We Seek In You
5+ years of experience in Python software development and backend engineering.
Strong expertise in Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
Excellent proficiency in Python programming and object-oriented design principles.
Hands-on experience building scalable APIs, backend services, and enterprise-grade applications.
Strong experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL,
