Job Purpose: This role is responsible to oversee and manage the housekeeping, yard maintenance,



and Management Information System (MIS) activities within the Coal Handling Plant, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead - Housekeeping, Yard Maintenance, and MIS

Coal And Heat Accounting And MIS

Monitor coal quantity data, including received, reclaimed, and stacked coal and calculate the Belt Utilization Factor to generate daily accurate MIS reports for internal stakeholders.

Track and manage the blend of coal with Business Development (BD) to optimize usage.

Conduct physical verification of coal stock to ensure inventory accuracy.

Utilize and manage the Pile age Management Tool for effective pile management.

Monitor belt wear and coordinate with Control & Instrumentation (C&I;) for timely calibrations.

Provide budgetary requirements to the section Head.
