Primary Job Function:

Handling and Monitoring of operation, maintenance and preventive maintenance activities of utility, facility, and HVAC equipment’s/instruments.
Handling, monitoring, execution of HVAC system building management system (BMS), environmental monitoring system (EMS) activities and respective documentation.
Handling, Monitoring & execution of project activities of utility, facility, premises and HVAC equipment’s/instruments.
Support in preparation,



execution and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Qualification, Quality Management System (QMS) documentation like Change Control, Exception, CAPA through ISOtrain, TrackWise software module.
Support for handling of internal, external & regulatory audits and compliance of audit observations.
Procurement of utility, facility & HVAC equipment’s / instrument consumables & spares. Support to purchase department for material procurement, receipt, storage & issuance.
Execution of annual maintenance contract (AMC) of utility, facility, premises, and HVAC equipment’s/instruments.
Responsible of handling of site in absence of site lead.
