Role Description This full time, on-site Junior Doctor role is based in Bagalkot. The Junior Doctor will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, performing clinical examinations, documenting medical histories, and assisting in diagnosis and treatment under the supervision of senior clinicians. Daily duties include ordering and interpreting basic investigations, prescribing medications as per protocols,



monitoring patient progress, and updating medical records accurately. The role involves coordinating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, participating in ward rounds, and supporting emergency care when needed. The Junior Doctor is expected to follow hospital guidelines, uphold high standards of patient confidentiality, and contribute to quality improvement and clinical audit activities.
Qualifications

Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
Strong clinical assessment skills, including history taking, physical examination, and basic diagnostic reasoning.
Knowledge of common medical conditions, standard treatment protocols, and basic emergency care procedures.
Ability to maintain accurate and clear medical documentation, including electronic health records where applicable.
Effective communication and interpersonal skill
