About the Position
PATH seeks a Consultant - Public Health Systems Specialist to provide strategic, technical, and programmatic expertise for TB-related initiatives in India. The consultant with expertise in tuberculosis, health systems strengthening, programme strategy will provide technical leadership and specialist inputs to support the design, planning and review of TB programme strategies and interventions for preparing concept notes and proposals.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and technical expertise in tuberculosis, public health systems strengthening, digital health, and programmatic approaches to improve TB outcomes.
Review and synthesize evidence from policies, guidelines, research,



programme documents, stakeholder consultations, and implementation experiences to inform technical and strategic decision-making.
Support proposal development and technical writing by drafting and reviewing technical narratives, concept notes, programme descriptions, and other strategic documents.
Ensure quality assurance across all technical deliverables by consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders, maintaining technical accuracy, and translating complex public health concepts into transparent, actionable, and audience-appropriate outputs.
Facilitate technical discussions and consultations to inform programme design and implementation.
Perform any other documentation or proposal-support tasks assigned by the designated technical/project lead.
Education Qualification, Experience and Required Skills
MBBS or equivalent medical degree, with a Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Health Sys
