Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on development experience and robust expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management,
and Business Continuity Planning. The candidate will design, develop, configure, test, validate, and support secure, scalable, and high-quality ServiceNow BCM and IRM solutions.
The role also involves building and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions in close collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box
capabilities.
Configure BCM capabilities including Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Plan templates and version control, Approval workflows, Automated review cycles, Role-based access controls
and BCM dashboards and reporting capabilities.
Lead data migration activities, including importing BCM plans, risk records, controls, and compliance data while ensuring data quality and
