The Asset Manager accomplishes results through the management of skilled team(s), integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area and contributes to standards around which others will operate.
Requires in-depth understanding of how Real Estate Services function collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness, developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and external service provider/ landlords and customers.
Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of Real Estate Services and have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which include management of people, service provider, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation and may include budget approval.





Responsibilities:
The Asset Manager implement best practices for managing Real Estate Portfolio (RES) and manage FM Service providers on regional level.
Comply with Corporate RES and Local standards and procedures related to construction, sanitary, fire and premises occupation requirements, including requirements on permits and concessions.
Ensure safe, functional, uninterrupted and productive work environment.
Plan, develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of assets; to ensure effective operation of the buildings infrastructure to fully support the business operating within the portfolio.
