Role Purpose:
The Assistant Manager – Finance will play a critical role in driving financial excellence across mill operations. This position requires robust business partnering with manufacturing teams, oversight of internal controls, and leadership in key finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R)



and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). The role is designed for a proactive professional who can identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities):

Business partnering: Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
Internal controls review: Regularly assess and strengthen internal control frameworks across mill locations to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Process improvements: Identify gaps in existing processes, recommend automation or simplification opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Record-to-Report leadership: Oversee R2R processes including month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of fin
