The role sits within the Corporate Communications / Digital Marketing / Digital Channels function and is responsible for managing the organization's digital presence through website content management, campaign execution, web analytics, SEO optimization, and stakeholder communications. The role ensures the corporate website and digital communication channels effectively support business objectives, brand visibility, employee engagement, and customer outreach.
Job Purpose
To manage and optimize the Corporate Public Website (pWeb), digital communication platforms, and analytics tools by ensuring timely content publication, website governance, SEO effectiveness, campaign execution, performance monitoring, and stakeholder alignment to deliver a seamless digital experience.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure accurate and timely publication of content across Corporate pWeb platforms.
Maintain website performance, navigation, and functionality at optimal levels.
Deliver actionable insights through web analytics and performance reporting.




Maintain SEO standards and improve website visibility through optimization initiatives.
Manage digital communication campaigns through CMP and WhatsApp platforms.
Coordinate with vendors, regional webmasters, and internal stakeholders for successful delivery of web-related initiatives.
Ensure effective governance of website updates, issue management, and technical escalations.
Drive employee engagement through internal communication and digital campaign activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for all content publishing-related processes on pWeb
To update Regional Corporate Webmaster about India pWeb development on regular basis
Proactively check pWeb navigation and function to ensure it runs at optimum level and without issues
Extracting practical information from Google Analytics and create monthly performance report to present to the management.
To communicate with external vendor to ensure they deliver work according to
