Role Summary:
Technical:-
1. Co-ordination with internal dept. Architect, structural, consultant, site team for smooth completion of project.
2. Valuable understanding of architectural and structural drawings and design intent.
3. Detailing of UG & OH Tank, and sections and sleeve layout
4. Preparing MEP coordinated layout & Sections.
5.



Preparation of Terrace looping and down take Layout for water supply pipe
6. Preparation of Internal water supply pipe layout
7. Preparation of Internal Drainage pipe layout
8. Preparation of External Wastewater network, with pipeline levels matching the surrounding sewage main lines
9. Routing of the pipelines for Sewage & Water supply
10. Co-ordinated drawing for SWD, drainage & RWH at ground level
11. Preparation of plumbing & Fire Fighting schematic Layout
12. Preparation of AC layouts VRF & Split AC’s, Added advantage if knowledge on chilled water system HVAC layout
13. Added advantage if knowledge on calculations
14. Preparing MOEF & HRC Layouts.
15. Coordinate with Electrical and HVAC system as per requirement.
16. Preparation of Fire Fighting Shop Drawing of Shaft Detail Layout.

18. Preparation of Fire Fighting Shop Drawing of External Hydrant Layout.
