Job Description
1.Lead and manage Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations, employee health surveillance, clinical case management,



industrial hygiene programs, medical examinations, vaccination initiatives, and regulatory compliance to ensure a protected and healthy workplace.
Drive occupational health excellence through hazard identification, fitness-for-duty assessments, health awareness programs, emergency preparedness, stakeholder coordination, statutory compliance, and implementation of Occupational Health (OH) and Industrial Hygiene (IH) systems aligned with Piramal and local regulatory requirements.
The FMO is responsible for leading and managing all occupational health, clinical care, industrial hygiene, and employee wellness activities at the site by providing medical treatment, occupational illness and injury management, fitness-for-duty assessments, return-to-work evaluations, health surveillance, disability and case management services, while maintaining confidential medical records and ensuring compliance with Piramal Global EHS Standards a
