Disaster Recovery Analyst – Operational Resilience & AI Automation

In this vital role, you will primarily support the modernization and continuous improvement of the Disaster Recovery (DR) program while developing foundational knowledge of Business Continuity (BC) processes. You will serve as the primary analyst for disaster recovery planning, readiness, and recovery activities while partnering with the Business Continuity team to triage and support business continuity initiatives as needed. You will support the modernization of Disaster Recovery services through continuous, intelligence-driven readiness across critical processes, systems, dependencies, and AI-enabled workflows. You will help develop and improve DR strategies, plans, testing activities, risk assessments, and program processes that strengthen operational resilience and minimize the impact of potential disruptions.
