This role will be responsible for execution of data centre projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

About the Role:
Lead and manage the QA/QC function for all civil and structural works.
Establish, implement, and monitor project quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Review and approve contractor ITPs, method statements, quality plans, and inspection procedures.
Oversee inspections and testing for earthworks, foundations, concrete, reinforcement, structural works, waterproofing, and other civil activities.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and project quality requirements.
Review material submittals, test certificates, laboratory reports, and quality documentation.
Lead coordination with contractors, consultants, testing agencies, and the client on quality-related matters.
Monitor and manage NCRs, observations, defects, and corrective/preventive actions.
Conduct quality audits, inspections,



and surveillance of construction activities.
Review quality trends and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring defects.
Maintain comprehensive quality records and ensure timely submission of QA/QC reports.
Lead snagging, punch list closure, testing, and quality documentation for project handover.
About You:
Basic understanding of data centre infrastructure.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in quick-paced, mission-critical environments.
