What You Can Expect
The Quality Enginee is an entry level position responsible for assuring products conform to established requirements and standards through appropriate audit, inspection, and test activities. Interacts with many different functional departments, suppliers,



and experts outside Zimmer Biomet to implement Zimmer Biomet Quality goals.
Work Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
Shift Timing - 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
How You'll Create Impact
Perform CAPA investigations as assigned.
Conduct product evaluations in a timely manner to support complaint investigations; Verification of product intended use, product related risk, probable root cause.
Maintain and analyze department data; perform statistical analysis and identify the need for escalation and/or opportunities for improvement.
Carry out effective resolution when tasked with difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace, as well as complex business challenges.
Assist in establishing productive and streamlined processes across the department.
Assist in management and assessment of compliance to external standards within the quality management system.
