Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Manager of Performance Marketing Enablement to join us in Bangalore as part of the Performance Marketing team. The successful individual will have experience using MarTech, multiple analytic stacks and have a passion to learn and remain up to date on emerging technologies to ensure we deliver the best digital marketing capabilities across the business.

The position involves collaborating with various teams in and out of marketing to align marketing technology initiatives with overall business objectives while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.

Design and development of scalable and robust marketing technology solutions, with a solid focus on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Ensure architectural alignment between marketing technology goals and business goals, maintaining consistency with industry best practices and technology standards.
Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks to enhance system efficiency and ensure seamless marketing operations.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and enhances customer engagement.
