Job Description
Responsible for managing the rebate process which constitutes approximately 50% of the role's responsibilities. In addition, the individual will serve as the primary backup for factory reporting operations and participate in special business projects requiring accounting,



cost accounting knowledge and knowledge in AI tools will be added advantage.
Energy rebate process - (50%)
Prepare, validate, and submit energy rebate application files through utility and energy solution portals.
Review customer rebate requests and verify eligibility based on utility program guidelines and product qualifications.
Maintain accurate rebate documentation and supporting records to ensure compliance with program requirements.
Track rebate submissions, approvals, and payments, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with sales, customers, distributors, utility providers, and third-party administrators to address rebate-related queries.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure rebate amounts are accurately processed and recorded.
Monitor rebate claim aging and proactively follow up on pending approvals and payments.
