Role Overview: The Head - HR will be responsible for building a scalable, technology-driven, and performance-oriented HR ecosystem at Ethnus. This role will oversee Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance, HR Systems, Workforce Planning, Budgeting, and People Analytics, while partnering closely with leadership to enable sustainable growth.
However, this is not a traditional administrative role. We are seeking a visionary who can seamlessly integrate the science of management, the art of human connection, and the deeper spiritual aspect of business.
