Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth in the Nellore region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and cultivating strong customer relationships to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in Nellore.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
* Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Solid leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
