Engineering and Maintenance Manager Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000

Basic Function: This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and effective operation of plant equipment through effective leadership, preventative and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement. The Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor will lead a skilled maintenance team while working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to maximize equipment uptime, improve plant performance, and support operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, sound decision-making, and a passion for developing people and improving manufacturing processes.
