Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, camera-confident Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This full time role combines social media strategy, content creation, influencer collaboration, and on-camera presentation.

You’ll be the driving force behind TerraTern’s online presence - managing our platforms, creating engaging content, representing the brand on camera, and building relationships with influencers who align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals,



with measurable KPIs including growth in followers, engagement, and video reach.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms—tracking performance against KPIs like conversion and lead generation.
Be the on-camera face for videos, reels, and explainers that connect with our audience authentically, contributing to brand consistency and sentiment.
Identify, collaborate with, and manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in relevant niches (career, education, travel, migration), aiming for high-quality collaborations and measurable ROI.
Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end from outreach and negotiation to tracking deliverables and measuring impact, including audience engagement and response rate metrics.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand
