Role Description The Freelance Soft Skills Trainer at Commune ET is a part time, on-site role across Kerala. The trainer will design and deliver interactive soft skills and communication modules for students and professionals, including sessions on resume building, LinkedIn optimisation, Interview preparation,



Mock GD,interpersonal skills, presentation skills, teamwork, and workplace readiness. The responsibilities include planning session content, facilitating classroom and workshop-style interactive training, assessing participant performance through activities and evaluations, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will collaborate with the Commune ET team to align training outcomes with client expectations, maintain training records, and adapt content to different batches and audience levels. The role also involves continuous improvement of training materials, attending internal review meetings, and upholding the collective’s quality standards in every engagement.
