We are hiring for an experienced HR Operations professional responsible for managing end-to-end Background Verification (BGV), onboarding, employee movement processes, audit compliance, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and HR operations support.

The role ensures seamless employee onboarding, compliance adherence, process governance, and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Please Note : We are looking for candidates who has worked on for the following Geo's : USA, North America, UK, Mexico, LATAM, South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

Background Verification (BGV)
Manage end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes from initiation to closure.
Initiate employment, education, address, identity, and reference verification checks.
Review verification reports and identify discrepancies, red flags, and exceptions.
Coordinate with candidates and vendors to obtain additional documents and re-initiate checks where required.
Manage Red and Amber cases and obtain necessary adjudication approvals.




Provide regular status updates and closure reports to stakeholders.
Handle bulk BGV activities for existing employees.
Coordinate internal and external audits related to BGV compliance.
Manage vendor relationships, SLA adherence, invoicing, and escalations.

Onboarding & Joining Formalities
Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for recent hires.
Support candidates with joining documentation, TAZ updates, and statutory requirements.
Validate joining documents and ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.
Ensure issuance of employment contracts, appointment letters, and related documentation.
Drive smooth onboarding experiences and timely employee joining.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Support employees and stakeholders on HR policies, processes, and HR-related queries.
Maintain employee records and update HRMS systems accurately.
