Requirement for this role ✨
Clear spoken and written English. You can hold a qualified conversation with an international prospect without freezing up.
You are comfortable on the phone. Calling someone who did not ask to hear from you does not put you off.
Comfortable with a browser, Word or Google Docs, Excel or Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar. Nothing beyond that is needed.
You follow a process closely. We give you the templates, the scripts, and the steps, and you run them the same way every time.
You are steady. This job works when the same tasks are done properly every single day, not when someone reinvents them.
