Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced professional with a solid background in bulk and volume-based hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. This position requires an individual who can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, lead a small team if necessary, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy:
Independently manage and execute bulk and volume-based hiring campaigns in alignment with the company's staffing needs and job specifications.
Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels, including job portals, professional networks, and social media, to source, screen, and assess candidate suitability.
Candidate Management: Conduct initial interviews, coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a small hiring team, ensuring a cohesive and efficient recruitment process.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, providing updates and ensuring a smooth recruitment workflow across all departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a recruitment role, with demonstrated exposure to team leadership.
