Role Overview
The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi is seeking a dynamic, confident and results-oriented Student Recruitment & Admissions Executive to join its Admissions Team.
This is a performance-driven admissions role with clearly defined student enrolment targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into admissions through effective counselling, relationship building, proactive engagement and consistent follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

The ideal candidate should possess a consultative approach to admissions while being highly motivated to achieve recruitment goals. They should be comfortable engaging with prospective students across multiple communication channels, including telephone calls, WhatsApp, CRM platforms, chatbots,



email and other digital engagement tools.

The candidate will be expected to proactively contact fresh leads generated through various recruitment initiatives, maintain a disciplined follow-up process and nurture prospective students through every stage of the admissions journey.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and work in close synergy with the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute student recruitment strategies, strengthen admissions performance and contribute to the continued growth of IICA.

Success in this role will be measured by enquiry conversion rates, achievement of student enrolment targets, consistency and quality of follow-ups, effective lead management, and the overall admissions experience delivered to prospective students and parents.
