TCS is looking for experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developers with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, customer data management, and data integration. The role involves designing and implementing Data Cloud solutions, building unified customer profiles, developing data models, and enabling data-driven customer engagement across Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in Salesforce Data Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Data Streams and Data Ingestion
• Expertise in Data Mapping and Data Harmonization
• Experience with Identity Resolution and Unified Customer Profiles
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and transformations
• Experience with Calculated Insights and Segmentation
• Understanding of Data Model Objects (DMOs)
• Experience integrating Salesforce and external data sources
• Knowledge of Customer 360 architecture and concepts
• Experience with Marketing Cloud integration is preferred
• Solid understanding of customer data management and activation processes
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
