Role Overview

As a Market Development Executive at Zupper, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our retailer network and driving business growth across your assigned market. You will identify and onboard new retailers, strengthen relationships with existing partners, increase product adoption, and ensure consistent order growth. Acting as the face of Zupper in the field, you will help retailers leverage our BlendCommerce platform to grow their business while contributing to Zupper's mission of transforming B2B commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Identify,



approach, and onboard retailers within the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with retailers and become their trusted business partner.
Drive retailer activation by assisting them in placing their first order and ensuring continuous engagement.
Achieve monthly targets for retailer acquisition, order generation, and revenue growth.
Conduct regular market visits to identify recent business opportunities and strengthen existing accounts.
Educate retailers about Zupper's products, services, offers, and digital platform.
Track retailer performance and work proactively to improve repeat purchases and order frequency.
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business growth.
Coordinate with Category, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
