We're looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Global Sales team. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, identifying business opportunities, qualifying leads, and helping organizations discover how TeleCMI can transform their customer communication.

Engage with inbound and outbound prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, challenges, and business goals.

Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.

Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM.

Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

Stay updated on TeleCMI products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead qualification targets. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.





Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Comfortable speaking with international customers.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Basic understanding of CRM software such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce is an advantage.

Experience in SaaS, Cloud Technology, or B2B sales is a plus.
