About the Role — “Tele Sales Associate”
The Sales team is dedicated towards driving occupancy, revenue growth and a strong lead




pipeline across all Your Desk locations. This team is the first voice a prospective client hears and
plays a central role in converting interest into long-term memberships.
We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Tele Sales Associate to generate,
qualify, and convert leads for our co-working, managed office, private office, and virtual office
solutions. This role is a blend of outbound calling and inbound enquiry management — the ideal
candidate will be equally comfortable making high-volume cold calls and nurturing warm leads
through to a scheduled site visit and closure.
