Position Summary

Assists the Senior Coach and Account Manager and Business Operations, by smartly and efficiently executing tasks and responsibilities in Research and Development, Training and Coaching individuals, delivering effective and impactful sessions both online and physical, upgrading clients and mentees and contributing to Business Development and thereby increasing impact and
This expands to consistent assistance in daily functions that is inclusive of Sales & Marketing, Office Administration, R&D; and Continuous Process Development

Specific Job Responsibilities are, but are not limited to, the following:
All tasks are grouped based on KPIs that are to be delivered

DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF TRAINING/COACHING
1. To design presentations and tools related to the training and coaching topic based on needs identified.
2. To deliver online coaching sessions from time to time – weekly and when required on relevant topics




3. To conduct assessments of individuals that have enrolled for IW’s Coaching programs and outline goals for all mentees enrolled in all markets.
4. To work with all departments in ensuring the smooth delivery of services and follow ups for clients and mentees
5. To be an enabler and coach individuals One on one from time to time and offer solutions and suggestions

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

6. To consistently research the products offered at IW through online learnings, books.
7. To have an overview of all tools used and support the brand with creative tools by incorporating state of the art techniques in IW coaching strategies.
8. To develop content from time to time and enhance current product through continuous quality checks
