Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Representative role based in Dwarka. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into opportunities. Responsibilities include presenting technology solutions,



preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with technical and delivery teams to address client requirements. The role involves nurturing existing accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and supporting sales campaigns and promotions. The Inside Sales Representative will also track sales metrics, report on pipeline status, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
