What You'll Do
Own end-to-end growth and P&L; across multiple D2C brands, including revenue, ROAS, CAC, contribution margins, retention, and profitability.
Independently lead founder and stakeholder communication, driving weekly and monthly business reviews with actionable recommendations.
Build and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid media, creative, CRO, landing pages, offers, and retention.
Own N-CAC and R-CAC independently—reduce acquisition costs through better funnels, creatives, and offers,



while improving retention through lifecycle marketing and customer journeys.
Build cohort-based retention systems (D30/D60/D90, LTV curves) and monitor blended CAC, MER, CM1-CM3, and product-level performance.
Analyze data daily, identify growth opportunities, prioritize experiments, and convert insights into measurable business impact.
Collaborate across performance, creative, copy, design, retention, and operations while mentoring junior team members and improving reporting systems.

What We're Looking For
3 - 7 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, creative strategy, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of unit economics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CM1-CM3, contribution margins, blended CAC, and MER.
Experience with Shopify, payment gateways, and product/cohort-level analysis.
Proven ability to independently manage founders and client relationships.
Solid analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sh
