Position: Accounts Manager Billing

Department: Accounts

Work Arrangement: Work From Home (WFH)

Travel Requirement: Pan India travel is mandatory.

Location: Remote (Travel across India as per business requirements)

ROLE PURPOSE

Manage timely and accurate client billing for Induspect's manpower and staffing business, while coordinating closely with the Accounts team and other departments to maintain complete documentation,



resolve billing issues and support revenue reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit client invoices for manpower and staffing services within agreed timelines.
Verify attendance, approved timesheets, client certifications, work orders, rate cards and other billing documents before invoicing.
Maintain billing trackers, invoice registers, client-wise records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with client finance/commercial teams to resolve invoice queries, discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
Work closely with the Accounts team on monthly closing, revenue records, reconciliations, outstanding invoices and departmental activities.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Recruitment, Sales, Compliance and Administration teams to obtain accurate billing inputs.
Support follow-up for invoice acknowledgement, certification and collection-related documentation.
